abileneappliancerepair provides appliance repair services directly to homeowners and businesses in Abilene, Texas, and the surrounding Taylor County area, including Tye, Buffalo Gap, Clyde, Hawley, Merkel, and Tuscola. Unlike sites that only connect you with third-party contractors, our technicians perform the repair work themselves.
Using Our Website
You’re welcome to browse our site, request a quote, or book a repair, as long as you use it for its intended purpose and don’t try to interfere with how it works, scrape our content, or misuse our contact forms. All text, photos, and design on this site belong to appliancerepairabilene and shouldn’t be copied or reused without permission.
Scheduling and Appointments
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Yes, we ask for as much notice as possible, ideally at least a few hours before your scheduled window, so we can offer that slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee, which we’ll always tell you about upfront, never as a surprise afterward. We’ll give you a scheduling window rather than an exact minute, since diagnosis and repair times vary. If we’re running behind on a prior job, we’ll call or text to update you
Pricing and Payment
We provide a diagnostic assessment and a firm price before any repair work begins. You are never charged for work you haven’t approved. Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements were made in advance. Accepted payment methods and any diagnostic fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer
To help us do the job right the first time, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem when you book
- Make sure our technician has reasonable, safe access to the appliance
- Let us know about any relevant history, like previous repairs or known issues
- Review your invoice and warranty terms before the technician leaves
Limitation of Liability
We stand behind the repair work our technicians perform. That said, we’re not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair, damage caused by the age or general wear of the appliance, or issues arising from repairs, parts, or modifications made by someone other than our team after our visit. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
Text Messages and Communication
If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by call or text regarding your appointment, quote, or a review request, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP.”
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally as our services or policies change. The most current version will always be posted here with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
